FAPA -Fine Art Photography Academy
Founded in 2016, FAPA Fine Art Photography Academy has grown into one of Lebanons most trusted hubs for visual arts education and the countrys exclusive center dedicated to this field. Located in Zalka, in the heart of Lebanon, the academy offers more than 40 courses in photography, videography, editing, marketing and creative visual disciplines, taught by experienced industry instructors.
FAPA welcomes learners of all ages, from beginners to advanced creators. With fully equipped studios, flexible schedules and a community that reflects the diversity of Lebanon, FAPA provides workshops, short training courses and full certified programs designed to help you develop both technically and artistically. Over the years, FAPA has also welcomed students traveling from abroad specifically to join its programs, a reflection of the academys growing reputation and unique specialization.
Each year, FAPA hosts a Fine Art Exhibition, giving its students the opportunity to exhibit their work and present their creative achievements in a professional setting.
About the Founder
FAPA was founded by Ms. Tanya Atallah, an educator and visual artist with more than 25 years of teaching experience. She holds two Masters degrees, one in Photography and one in Visual Arts. Alongside her academic work in Lebanon, she also gives workshops at a university in Paris, bringing an additional international dimension to her teaching.
Her vision is rooted in elevating the visual arts as meaningful and accessible forms of expression for learners from all backgrounds and age groups. Her expertise and long teaching career have guided and inspired generations of creators, shaping FAPAs standards of excellence and contributing to arts education in the region.
