This advanced course dives deeper into professional sound recording and production, focusing on high-quality

audio across film, television, commercials, and multimedia formats. By combining theoretical insights with

intensive practice, you will master advanced techniques in audio capture, processing, and post-production

workflows using professional industry-standard equipment.

By the end of this course, you will be able to

• Achieve precision in boom microphone operation, including structure and positioning.

• Apply advanced microphone techniques with professional models such as the MKH 416 Sennheiser.

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot wireless and AVX microphone systems.

• Implement time code integration for accurate synchronization between cameras and audio recorders.

• Connect microphones to cameras and multitrack recorders using Mic, Line, and Mic+48V inputs.

• Apply strategies for recording and optimizing audio for digital and social media platforms.

• Adapt microphone usage across different production genres, including drama series, documentaries,

and advertising.

• Execute practical exercises such as interviews, speeches, vox pop recordings, voice-overs, and multi-

person dialogues.

• Finalize audio projects through essential post-production processes in sound recording and mastering.
